机器学习是计算机科学以及信号信息处理领域中重要的热点研究领域。随着移动互联网、物联网等的快速发展，机器学习在多个领域（数据挖掘、大数据分析、视频技术、音频技术、智能机器人技术等）成为关键核心和支撑技术。
Machine learning is an important research topic in the community of computer science and signal information processing. With the quick development and prosperity of mobile internet and IoT, machine learning becomes the core techniques of data mining, big data analysis, video processing, audio processing, intelligent robot etc. This course will introduce the basic theory and techniques of machine learning, including: bias-variance theory, multi-classification, linear regression. Some basic deep learning methods will also be addressed.
